How To Deal The Cold With Herbal Methods?

Most of you may be suffering from cold or flu these days due to cold weather and changing of the seasons. You might be wondering how to deal with the cold or better how can you avoid getting a cold at all. Luckily Turkish cuisine has many methods for keeping the doctor away from your house with just the correct diet.

Soups are a universal way to deal with the cold. One bowl of hot soup might just make your day and save you from a bad cough, a headache or a sore through.

Soups are also an important part of Turkish cuisine. Dinner cannot be without a bowl of soup and it is a very wise choice for lunch too because of its rich ingredients and easy consuming.

Lentil Turmeric soup’s most important ingredient is Turmeric. Turmeric is a spice derived from the turmeric plant and is commonly found in Asian dishes. It has a slightly bitter, bitter taste and is often used to sweeten or color some foods. Besides, turmeric is also widely used in medicines. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very powerful antioxidant. It makes it a perfect warrior for any kind of cold. You can also consume turmeric by pouring it in hot water but a bowl of soup is more effective and undoubtedly tasty.

There is only a little a cup of tea cannot fix. As the world’s most tea-drinking country we have our formula of tea, especially for winter. In winter for colds, on stressful and tense days, you can come to yourself with a cup of herbal tea in the evening when you are tired.

Atomic tea, which is preferred in the herbal treatment of the common cold, is a healing beverage prepared from many plants. The plants contained in it have the effect of opening the respiratory tract and relieving sore throats. As the winter months approach, atomic tea, which you can use as a fully herbal supplement to strengthen body resistance, has become an indispensable drink of cold days.

Cinnamon is a strong spice and helps with the infections. Apple has lots of vitamins like vitamin A and vitamin C which helps the body with the fighting off sickness.

Another suggestion is cool mint tea. It has apple, mint, lemongrass, licorice, stevia plant in it. It contains vitamin A and C, folic acid, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. It protects from colds and flu and good for rheumatism and muscle pain.
