Whisk 3 tablespoons (60g) of tarhana with 5 cups (1l) of cold water in one container. Put 1 tablespoon (20g) butter in the cooker and melt. Dump the whisked tarhana into the cooker, add 1 teaspoon (5g) salt and cook it by mixing for 12 minutes.
