Halhali olive, which is estimated to have a history of a thousand years, stands out with its meaty structure and the amount of oil it contains. Halhali olives are collected in the Hatay region and its surroundings from hundreds of years old trees in autumn. After the small olives are selected, they are drawn and a daily water change process is applied to get rid of their pain. It is then mixed with olive oil and chili sauce and becomes “avcarli” (spicy). You can enjoy Halhali olives, which you can consume at every meal, as a snack.
