How long will it take to receive my order?

Your time is important to us and we know you are itching to receive your favorite Turkish flavors. We ship products generally in 1 to 4 business day. Our worldwide delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Because we are cooking in the morning and ship in the afternoon, we can guarantee everything is surely worth the wait!

Please note that some jewelries, swords and canes are handmade. If you order a handmade product the handling time will be longer as 10 days. 

The bakery product will be shipped the day that they produced.

If you order with lots of different products the operation will take a longer time. In this case, we will prepare everything and send all products fresh and daily. Thus, the handling time might be longer than 4 business day.

What are the estimated delivery times after shipment?

If you choose express shipping the estimated times are 

UK: 1-3 days
Europe: 1-3 days
U.S. / Canada: 2-4 days
South America: 2-5 days
Rest of the World: 2-5 days

If you choose normal shipping the estimated delivery time is 

15-45 days. 

How much does shipping cost?

We take shipping seriously and want to ensure your treasured goods arrive safely and timely. The shipping fee depends on your orders’ weight and the distance of your country.

We calculate your shipping fee automatically and inform you about the price at the checkout page. Express shipping costs 9.90 USD in general but shipping is free for all orders over 100 USD so stock up!

During ‘Free Shipping’ your order will be shipped without a shipping fee.

What are taxes and duties?

We handle all regular Customs paperwork and all the fees that are related with the seller’s country so you don’t have to do anything for these.

However, sometimes Customs can make random and independent inspections and request additional fees after it has left Turkey which would be the responsibility of the buyer.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide and all the orders that you purchase from Sultan of Bazaar will be shipped via DHL Express or UPS Express.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on their national rules, some countries may require additional documents for food products. Please make a local research about custom rules of your country before making an order.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, each order is shipped by DHL and we will inform your Tracking Number immediately after your order is shipped.

What if my package is damaged in transit?

All products and orders are extremely important to us. We have successfully packed and delivered over 100,000 orders during last year. We take great care to deliver our products in the most secure way because we all know Turkish flavors are the most precious treasures in the world!

Where will my order ship from?
We source only the most unique flavors from all over Turkey. We ship everythinh directly to your door from Turkey and you can be sure that opening a box of our products will feel just like stepping outside in a local Turkish market.
Is this Website secure? What kind of security measures do you have in place on your website?

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We have been selling our products online since 2007 and securing all the transactions is the main priority of our online service.

All precautions are taken to protect your personal information on our website. We utilize a 256-bit SSL certificate and we promise to not share any of our customer information with third parties.

Besides that we are checking againts viruses and malwares twice a day with well-known anti-virus programs to protect our servers.

Can I change my delivery address after I ordered?

You can ask for it simply from our contact page but we are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is shipped. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order in 24 hours. We are not able to cancel or change your order once it is shipped.
